How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Agreedsub Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what we do next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can reach out about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Agreedsub Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work in your home, it often helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know that Agreedsub Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@agreedsub.world and include:
- Your name and a way to contact you
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
