How Our Network Works
Who Answers Your Call
A lot of people expect to reach a big company. In practice, you talk to an independent local provider, or the office that books for them. Agreedsub Walk-In Tubs is the matchmaker. The provider is the business that visits, quotes and does the work.
Hours and response times differ from one provider to the next. Request a callback to check provider availability in your area.
What a Provider May Ask You
Expect a few plain questions so the quote fits your home:
- What kind of bathroom is it, and what is the room size?
- Is there a tub now, a shower, or both?
- Who will use it, and do they need a seat or extra grab space?
- Is the home on a slab, a crawl space or a basement?
- Are there any signs of leaks or soft spots?
Photos and rough measurements help a lot.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Myth: all quotes are alike. Reality: they can differ a great deal in what they include. Ask:
- Is the quote in writing, and what does it cover?
- How will you handle waterproofing and drainage?
- Will the floor, walls or plumbing need extra work?
- Who handles permits, if any are needed?
- What warranty comes from the maker, and what comes from you?
- How long will the bathroom be out of use?
A clear provider will answer without fuss. Done right, the job holds value.
You Stay in Charge
A referral does not lock you in. You can talk with a provider, ask for a written quote and take time to decide. You can compare more than one quote. Prices vary by job, so get it in writing before you agree to anything.
If you plan to file an insurance claim for sudden damage, ask whether the provider can help document the work. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy first.
